At La Cholla Airpark, residents live with their planes, horses and abundant wildlife around a 4500′ paved and lighted runway. The Airpark is 20 miles northwest of Tucson, AZ and set on 1.5 sections, or about 1000 acres. All lots are a minimum of 7 acres.

We are a PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL AIRPARK. The runway is for the use of residents and their guest. Transient aircraft are welcome on a PRIOR PERMISSION ONLY basis. See the 57AZ INFO menu above for details.

Our large lots afford us a rural lifestyle, including horses, with shopping and schools nearby. Wildlife is abundant, with frequent sightings of Deer, Javelina and Harris Hawks to name a few.

DRONE/UAV Info – If you are within 5 miles of La Cholla Airpark you are required by the FAA to notify the airpark of your flight. You can use the AirMap app on your device for digital notification of the Airpark. See Drone Info under the 57AZ INFO menu.
